WHEN DO WINE CLUBS SHIP?

Our clubs send quarterly, around Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Valentine's Day.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY WINE CLUB ORDER?

Our team carefully curates the assortment of wines that go into each club release. However, if you have preferences or would like to customize your release, please let our team know prior to being charged for each club. 

DOES MY DISCOUNT APPLY TO PURCHASES OUTSIDE OF MY QUARTERLY SHIPMENTS?

Yes! Your discount applies to any wine purchases as long as you are a member. If shopping online, make sure to log in first to receive your club discount. 

CAN I PAUSE MY MEMBERSHIP IF I WANT TO SKIP A SHIPMENT?

What if I'm going out of town? We are able to place temporary holds on memberships if you are still waiting to receive your quarterly shipment. We are also happy to work with you to provide an alternate ship date if you need it. 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER PREFERENCE TO PICK UP IF I'LL BE VISITING THE WINERY? 

Absolutely. If you know you'll visit us, please call us, and we'll edit your profile accordingly. 

HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING BE?

Shipping cost depends on destination, package weight, and other considerations. The shipping cost is determined by the carrier or 3rd party shipper for some states. We would be happy to provide a shipping estimate for you!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANNOT PICK UP MY SELECTIONS?

Due to our limited space, we kindly ask that club purchases be picked up within a month of the release date. If you cannot pick up your selections, please let us know so we can hold on to it longer or ship your release.
