The chef team has created a special one-night-only pairing menu, available prix fixe or à la carte. Dave will be in-house to talk about his wines, his family's tasting room, and his mission to change farming in Michigan. Dave is a passionate biodynamic farmer & winemaker, and he also has a special knack for making the most complex things seem simple. This is a perfect night to ask all the questions!
