The fruit for this wine is sourced from Brigadoon Vineyard in Suttons Bay. It wwas picked earlier to maintain some acidity in the mid-palate. The fruit spent 15 days on its skins prior to being foot great. During the vinification process Dave gently punched down the cap to maintain the integrity of the wine. It was then pressed based on taste and transferred to neutral and stainless steel barrels for aging. It spent 8 months aging on lees prior to bottling.
