2021 BOS Riesling

100% Riesling from Old Mission Peninsula, MI, Ten Hands Vineyard

Vineyard & Cellar: The fruit is from two vineyards on the northern end of Old Mission Peninsula. Riesling is a great indicator of time and place, this vintage is no different. 2021 had plenty of rainfall with warm weather remaining long in the fall, allowing the acid to drop and the fruit to fully ripen. The fruit was aged on its lees in stainless steel drums creating a well-rounded and balanced wine. This Riesling is perfect for summer sipping or to enjoy with your favorite grilled brat or sausage.
