100% Chardonnay from Ten Hands Vineyard on Old Mission Peninsula

This is 100% Chardonnay from Ten Hands Vineyard on Old Mission Peninsula, MI. The vineyard is on a c ooler site with sandy loam limestone soil. The wine is fermented and aged in old oak barrels. Dave chose to lightly stir the lees during élevage, elevating the richness of the wine.
